Bamboo baby clothes are a great choice for little ones because bamboo has so many benefits which occur naturally. With proper care, baby clothes made of bamboo can last for many years and be handed down to friends or other children.

When laundering bamboo fabrics, they should be treated much like cotton. Using the coolest wash available and line dry, dry on a clothes rack or use a low-heat dry cycle. Because bamboo fibers lose some of their strength when wet, it's a good idea to double the fabric over before pinning it to a clothes rack or clothes line; you'll avoid unnecessarily stretching the fabric.

Bamboo will shrink considerably if washed in hot water as will any bamboo blended with cotton. Other blends, such as bamboo/polyester, will not shrink, but should still be washed in the coolest possible water.
