Michelle Trachtenberg ruffled it up front-row at Marchesa with a form-fitting deep blue dress. The dramatic ruffles dancing from neck to hem of the dress added a bit of feminine glamour that Michelle paired with fun mirrored pumps and a tasseled box clutch. The finishing touch? A smoky eye, of course.
